I confirm that all information and documents provided to Estate Bridge Berhad ("EBB") are true, accurate and complete.

I understand that the subscription fee is RM40 per month for 144 months, with a total subscription value of RM5,760.

Any Activation Payment made forms part of the total subscription value of RM5,760 and is not an additional charge.

I agree that my service package and any applicable subscription will be activated once the Company has verified my initial payment.

I agree to make payments according to my selected payment arrangement. EBB may suspend affected services for failed or overdue payments.

I am responsible for keeping my personal, beneficiary, asset, mailing and supporting information accurate and up to date.

EBB will provide only the products and services stated in my subscription, package, portal or official documentation.

Only EBB approved products and services form part of this subscription.

Certain services may involve third parties, authorities or professional service providers. EBB does not control their decisions, requirements or processing times.

EBB does not guarantee any approval, registration, recognition or outcome determined by a court, authority, financial institution or third party.

I consent to EBB processing my personal information and documents in accordance with its Privacy Notice and applicable Malaysian law.

My information may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to authorised service providers, advisers, financial institutions, regulators or authorities.

I consent to receiving communications from EBB through the portal, email, telephone, SMS, WhatsApp or other contact details provided by me.

I acknowledge that my digital acceptance, payment records and system-generated transaction records may be retained as official EBB records.

All payments made are non-refundable, except where required by law or approved by EBB at its discretion.

Statutory fees, duties, government charges, professional fees and third-party costs are not included in EBB's fees and shall be borne by the customer.

EBB shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control.

I am responsible for keeping my mailing address, email, telephone number and other contact details up to date.

EBB reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time where necessary or appropriate. Any material amendments will be communicated to the customer through an appropriate EBB communication channel.
